Request for Proposals - Security Cameras
This is our official Request for Proposals (RFP) to upgrade and install new cameras video surveillance at the SSF Housing Authority site
located at 350 C Street, South San Francisco CA 94080. Randall Scott alionce@gmail.com will be overseeing this project and will be available for

Special Recognition Commissioner Steven Pitocchi
At the SSFHA Board of Commissioners Mtg held on November 13, 2023
Commissioner Steven Pitocchi announced his formal resignation from the board after diligently serving from 6-26-17 thru 11-13-23. Commissioner Pitocchi was instrumental in setting policy, providing leadership and years of experience in employee & labor relations that would result in the overall success of the SSFHA Agency. In his tenure, 17 roofs were repaired and many capital improvement projects were completed for the betterment of the community. His leadership in fiscal responsibility has resulted in 5 successful audits and a financially healthy organization. The SSFHA Board of Directors and the SSFHA Community would like to thank Commissioner Steven Pitocchi for his years of service.
SSF Housing Authority Roof Replacement Project Completed
We replaced 11 roofs during the months of September 2021 through November 2021, In 2022 we also replaced an additional 7 roofs
